In case anyone was curious: - 1:4 means that the number of adult dogs is 4 times the number of puppies and both numbers combined equal 75. The tape diagram would be a horizontal bar with a line dividing where the number of puppies ended and the number of adult dogs begin, which would be 15 puppies and 60 adult dogs (15 + 60 = 75) so the dividing line would be placed one fifth of the length of the bar. - 9 stamps is 30% of oddly enough, 30 total stamps (9 x 0.3 = 30 x 0.7 = 21 + 9 = 30) - ((X + X^2) / 6) + 10 and X=5 ((5 + 5^2) / 6) + 10 ((5 + 25) / 6) + 10 (30 / 6) + 10 5 + 10 = 15 I have too much spare time in this quarantine too. - Napoleon didn't die in battle, he died from stomach cancer in 1815 on the Island of Saint Helena where he was exiled to after his defeat at the Battle of Waterloo which he walked away from very much alive, I would have called out the teacher on that one.

Lmfao. So one open house when my kids were little. My daughter i think was in 3rd or 4rth grade and they had these projects in the wall. One of them they had to write out the answer to these sayings and questions. And one question or remark was " i come from words like?... So i read others and most say stuff like " I come from words like i love you and im so happy youre mine" or "I come from words like lets go play catch together." Stuff like that. I died laughing because i find my daughters and hers says " I come from words like GET A PENCIL AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK!" Bahahaha in all caps!!!! Hahaha i died laughing and was mortified at the same time because i adore my kids and love them and ALWAYS told them i loved them, but this is what came into her head bahahahaha it was hilarious!!!! There are parents who get slightly worked up and say, "Be thankful I didn't send you to an orphanage!" And the kid always takes it personally, so they should STOP saying things like that!
@pixiestxNyomouf3 жыл бұрын
They really should, speak from experience; I didn't understand what my mom meant all my childhood yet i kept it locked up in my mind until she said it again when I was able to properly understand (like 12) and the wall broke. Fun fact, parents insults usually get worse when you get older (teens) because they treat it as a way to belittle and keep you subordinate. The more you learn ig

In middle school, we were learning about rock formations and my teacher told us to write a 4 page story on our rock and how it “died.” I, with my father’s blessing, wrote about how my rock was bitten by a zombie (specifically, a zombie rock, I made the paper about the rocks living and being ‘human’ instead of us humans), turning it into a zombie. Then, about an hour later, a blind vampire rock came along and bit the zombie rock because it could smell the ‘rock blood’. The vampire died because it drank the blood of a, technically, a dead rock, which was poisonous to vampire rocks. The zombie rock then totally died due to the vampire rocks poisoned fangs. It cause fast rock decomposition. I got a 97% on it. I also wrote a more serious paper just in case. I did not need it. Edit: I am keeping this in your comment/replies, but I’m also going to put it as my own comment on the video, just to see what happens.

I remember in 2nd or 3rd grade math, my teacher gave us a test where we were given a few problems and under each problem was a blank space to show your work as well as a few lines under the blank space to explain how you showed your work. Because I was always slow at tests, I remember showing my work for the problems and then just writing "I did this" on the lines with an arrow coming off of it, pointing to my work. The teacher thought it was hilarious. Oh, the memories...
