How do job candidates from different gender and ethnic backgrounds react to automation in recruitment?
In this video, Dr. Huyen Nguyen from Utrecht University presents research results from an experiment with AI recruitment.versus a human recruiter. Important takeaways are, for example, that women exhibit less self-confidence when faced with automated recruitment. And ethnic minorities believe they have higher chances of getting an interview when they have a human recruiter instead of an AI recruiter.
