Please post your core workout as well as i felt core workout immediately increased my squat numbers and stability. i used to ignore core workout but not anymore.

@gsincraian that 190 made me think about your 217 from Rio which looked like you could have done 220 or more - same here as you said in your video you can totally do 200 right now on a good day, and on the road to 300kg you could easily hit a solid 230. Thank you for posting such updates constantly.
