Welcome to Episode 5 of our 6-part Galápagos Vlog series with Celebrity Cruises. This episode covers Las Bachas, Santa Cruz Island, North Seymour Island, & San Cristóbal Island.
Visited Las Bachas and North Seymour Islands, observing swallow-tailed gulls, frigate birds, and sea lions, and enjoyed snorkeling with sally lightfoot crabs, fish, and sea turtles. Explored San Cristóbal's turtle breeding center and enjoyed a sunset sail-by of Kicker Rock.

-Quito, Ecuador, exploring Independence Plaza, the Archbishop’s Palace, Guggua Pichincha mountain, Itchimbia Park, LaCompania Church, Church of St Francis, and Intiñan - the Middle of the World park over four days.
-Egas Port, Santiago Island and Rabida Island, observed sea lions, iguanas, pelicans, flamingos, and sally lightfoot crabs.
-Elizabeth Bay and Tagus Cove on Isabela Island, spotted sea lions, sea turtles, Galápagos penguins, marine iguanas, sally lightfoot crabs, and blue-footed boobies.
-Sullivan Bay, Santiago Island, and Bartolome Island offered views of blue-footed boobies, sally lightfoot crabs, Galapagos penguins, and sea lions.
-Las Bachas, Santa Cruz Island and North Seymour Island provided sightings of swallow-tailed gulls, frigate birds, sea lions, and snorkeling experiences with sally lightfoot crabs, various fish, and sea turtles.
-Visited Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, San Cristóbal Island, toured a turtle breeding center, and enjoyed an evening sail by Kicker Rock.
-Puerto Azorra, Santa Cruz Island included tours of Charles Darwin Station, a Giant Tortoise Breeding Center, a cultural show, and participation in a Scalesia tree reforestation project.
-A Sky Suite tour.

Thanks! If I had any regrets since it’s only doing the scuba once on this trip. Had a wonderful time exploring subsurface! San Cristobal was great 🐢!

Thank you, Gary. For the underwater shots specifically, just to GoPro Hero 10 with a helmet harness. Anything you see on the ship was most likely with my primary camera, iPhone 14 Pro.
