I was water fasting three days a week for a month. A couple weeks after first time in my life I began having right side upper back pain / gallbladder pain! Had an ultrasound of my entire abdomen. Everything was normal, no gallstones. Getting an MRI of my back I did read a book on liver & gallbladder cleanse. I learned that so many people that had normal looking scans like me, went ahead and did the gallbladder and liver cleanse. They had gallstones and kidney stones coming out afterwards I think scans may not show small gallstones or kidney stone or they are hidden and causing pain. Also saw a kinesiologist chiropractor who told me it was caused from candida overgrowth clogging my gallbladder. I'm doing that anti-candida program and. taking chanca pidera, tudca and drinking lots of water since dehydration can cause issues.

Ive been having a ton of trouble staying hydrated during prolonged fasting and maintaining my magnesium levels. I thought that my liver was in trouble because of the pain that i was experiencing, I happen to have glycine and turine powder on hand. With a little more understanding of how my body works from these videos, I upped my electrolytes and i believe that i am one step closer to better health. thank you

Out of the blue - in April 2020, I developed chronic burping, but no other gallbladder symptoms. I also noticed that the burping got worse toward the end of my fasting period. However, I persisted and can report that the burping is 60% better - though not completely gone. During the rest of 2020, I lost 103 pounds of body-weight and I knew that this had to help in the long run. I did have scan on my gallbladder in late 2020, but everything seemed normal - though I reckon that keto and fasting for many months may have helped to 'heal' this issue - so the scan results may have been skewed somewhat. I shall try the bile salts, because if the occasional burping thing goes away, it might be the final push that my gallbladder requires. Thanks for the upload.

@@azombiestool yes I plateaued on three occasions and on each of them, I did a single day of OMAD - where for one day, I only had one hefty meal. I was diagnosed with Gall bladder disorder and my cholesterol was 9.4 mmol/L normal is around 5.0-5.4. After 3 months of taking bile salts everyday with a meal, plus in the mornings and night on an empty stomach, my cholesterol came down to a 5.6. This shows that some with high cholesterol may only be having a bile deficiency and can successfully reduce their cholesterol simply with bile salts.

Benefits galore Dr.Berg! Apart from a 22-pound weight loss over the past 6-7 months, my health has greatly improved. No more leaky bladder, no burping, no stomach pains, no trouble sleeping and no puffy ankles! My energy has risen a lot and my mood has improved too. My metabolism is definitely on the right track to overcome my long term insulin resistance. I have followed your advice with Intermittent fasting and ketogenic nutritional foods. No seed oils or processed foods and no bad grains or starches and no sugary fruits or veggies and no cookies or sugar laden foods. Basically, only whole organic foods and essential supplements along with milk thistle for liver detox and proper vitamin and mineral supplements. I also began taking Magnesium glycenate and cleared up leg cramps and constipation. WHO KNEW? Thank you ✨️ Thank you! I am 74 years old and looking forward to a good quality of life in my "Golden Years " ❤ PS. Only a couple more pounds to my goal weight of 111 pounds. ✨️😘

Gallbladder attacks will be hot+cold , shivering, high blood pressure and poss heart rate up and constipation and rashes on body or face same as dermatitis.. I used to jump in a warm bath and it used to calm it down with a warm drink water,,,, Top tip if u have any theses come straight off sugar ,drink more water and look at your stomach acid levels 1st then get a scan on your gallbladder go from there 😊

this explains things. ive always had horrible keto rash whenever i started keto. last month i did a 7 fay fast and, again, had terrible rash. after breaking that fast, for the first time in my life i had acid reflux, crazy hiccups and heartburn. the fact the bile salts is also a treatment for keto rash, indicated that there is a possibility that the rash and the stomach symptoms come from the same source of problems; galbladder/insufficient bile/ high chol:bile ratio. i guess bile supplementation is something i should try
@Emre-sj4ls
@Emre-sj4ls 3 жыл бұрын
btw the reason that i think the rash may have something to do with bile is because supplementing bile salt seems to be the one and only good thing for keto rash for people that have it(aside from eating carb).
@Emre-sj4ls
@Emre-sj4ls 3 жыл бұрын
to add to that, its not really the dietary fat solely that is the problem for keto rash, but rather the bodys switch to hurning fat, as extended fasting also causes keto rash, hence why eating carbs helps

I got really ill about six months ago. Had enormous stress and developed diarrhea, extreme nausea. I felt so ill I made my will and found someone to take my dogs. I didn't have a doctor and being a "new" patient I made an appointment but couldn't get in for two months so I started researching. I first started taking zeolite powder and that reduced the nausea. I thought I had liver or pancreatic cancer but was nauseated on an empty stomach. I then discovered I had a bad gallbladder caused by the stress I was under. I cut out nuts and that helped alot because I was eating nuts all day long. I started taking Tudca and that reduced the diarrhea. I added half a green apple and half a grapefruit per day. I was eating one meal a day but the nausea was the worst on an empty stomach so I ate two meals a day. I still had alot of pressure and didn't feel great and read "herbs" help but couldn't find out what kind. I had some herb tinctures from Dr. Morse Health Club I had but stopped taking months before. I started taking the herb tinctures again and the pressure was gone in one day. I feel so much better, not 100% but close to 80%. I added zinc and trace minerals to my water.

Yea, I was trying to figure this out for 3 months now. Every time I would fast I had pain. Then I eat & it goes away & when I pass gas or have a bowel it’s remarkably better. At first I was thinking appendix, then hernia, then liver. I was listening to Dr Ken Berry & he mentioned your gallbladder needed to strengthen because it’s not used to being worked so hard from the fat coming in. He said “this could even cause you pain.” Then it clicked. & I remember sometimes it feels like a cramp in your side, like you get when you run. So then I was thinking it’s just working the muscle really hard & since then I’ve been more happy about the pain since I know it’s my gallbladder getting a workout & making itself stronger. It’s not as painful now, but comes & goes. I also haven’t done longer than 24 hour fast in 3 weeks so we’ll see how it feels on the next 3 day fast. I guess it happened because I switched to a high fat diet. Now I’m eating bacon every day & eating all the white parts (I used to just eat the red meat parts back when I thought fat was bad). Glad to know exactly what’s happening. Do you notice sometimes the pain goes lower like close to your right hip? I wonder if that’s a gallstone getting released...not sure why it would end up in that location though.

The fat we eat isn't the issue, if it's higher quality, such as extra virgin olive oil, grassfed butter, etc. Combining poor quality fats like soybean oil with sweets and starches is what makes us sick. Fatty red meat, especially grassfed, would be fine if we skip the fried foods, chocolates and sweets. Replace them with cruciferous vegetables.

Dr Berg, I love your videos and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the valuable information you share. I can usually find a vegan version for most of your recommendations - except bile salts. I am suffering terrible digestive /gallbladder issues and have ruled out everything else. Can you, or any of your loyal followers recommend a vegan version of bile salts ?

I did the gallbladder bile removing. And my symptoms went quickly away. My energy got soooooo high and all the symptoms went out and my digestive system cleared. But after only 3 days the symptoms came back harder and more painful. That was when i read that the biles need to be removed more than once till u get no biles. I think those were old cholesterol biles because i have been on a keto vegan diet for 1 year and a half.
