My wife years ago, about 15 years ago went to get one of those Chinese Food massages and the guy massaging her feet told her she had something wrong with her Uterus. She took him seriously and went to her gynecologist and she found she had fibroids. Just from massaging her feet and pushing pressure points on her feet the massage guy could tell she had a Uterus issue. I can't recall if he said fibroids but he definitely knew her Uterus had issues. So she had it taken care of at the hospital. She had them removed. At Chinese foot massage often they will have a poster of the body with the pressure points and stuff and it's all connected and a good Chinese masseuse can tell if you are ill. Not always but sometimes.

I’ve been taking milk thistle for over a decade now, almost two decades. I did do some damage to my liver when I tried taking my life by overdosing on prescription medication in 2007. In 2010 or 2011 my doctor said my annual checkup tests he put me through had shown improvement in my liver each year and I did note I take milk thistle daily and he did say that could likely be a big reason for the improvements. I worry I’ve undone that in recent years as with my depression I’ve taken to a horrible diet and little exercise. I recently had a stroke too. I have diabetes and high blood pressure… but since February 1, I’ve been eating better and when I got out of hospital on February 14, I started IF again for the first time in awhile. I’ve been staying away from processed foods and sugary foods and drinks. I had started doing that before the stroke as I felt I wasn’t doing well. I lost weight in hospital, about ten pounds snd I’ve lost a few more since getting out. I’m actually below 210 for the first time since I was a teen 20 years ago. I’m doing a bit more exercise now and hope to start doing more walking each day next week.

I am a natural healing practitioner and I'd like to add another factor to liver health that is most always overlooked, the emotional aspect. Anger in particular. Every muscle in the body corresponds to a group of nutrients, an organ, organ acupuncture line, time of day and an emotion. Where someone says "ow" tells me more of what is going on in the body. The emotion for the liver is anger. We tend to hold on to our anger sometimes allnour lives, and it effects the function of the liver after awhile.

Dr.Berg Thanks for this. For a few months my feet have been swelling and pitting with much pain. I thought it was the early menopause. I was almost 400lbs years past and lost half of me literally the weight of a full grown man I was carrying plus my weight. I was knocking on deaths door. Then everything was changing good. In 2019 I was planking, a semester away from my associates, about to transfer to a university of my choice, then Covid hit and all that shifted halted and by 2022 my body was breaking down head to toe. I gained back 87lbs of the 200lbs I lost. Now I been struggling with pelvic, spine, abdominal issues and test to see what's wrong. I went from 13 medications down to just one insulin. 😮With my feet now showing signs of something very serious I was sure it was my kidneys. But the test claim my kidneys are fine. Just last night I was thinking hard it's my heart I better go get it checked , but then this I wake up thinking go walking u promised u would. I reach for my phone and see a KZbin reply. Which lead me to your video about the foot... So I said hit that girl and my heart is overwhelming with appreciation for your knowledge you lovingly share. I never thought a connection with my liver in trouble. That every foot issue I have leads to every symptom my liver is in trouble. I'm going to research what test I need to have to check my liver plus because of the pitting and other symptoms in going to get my heart checked also. I thank you so very much for your human compassion which lacks so much in this world. Most who give life saving info lead us into long videos or articles that end with a fee in order to get the information needed. You and many others share the needed information and the symptoms and solutions to a better health and save lives. ❤

Fascinating video and comments. I have noticed a LOT of changes in my feet since being on Keto. Losing 50+ pounds helped them, obviously, but I also noticed the numbness in my toes has decreased; it's still there in the ball of my right foot (which was more numb than the left) but the left is good now, and I'm hoping to gain back at least a bit more sensitivity in the right. I also noticed that the very hard growth of skin (a corn?) that protruded on the left side of the right big toe foot is GONE completely. I never expected that, but it happened due to the change in diet over the past two years. Keto for life!!!

They don't know the cause of it. I had ascites (swelled hard stomach) have to take lasix (water pills) and spirolactone everyday now. I have alot of these same symptoms that the Dr explained. PLEASE take care of your liver! It is responsible for over 500 different functions in your body! It's very important organ! Take it seriously. Non drinker's get it all the time like me. Well of Life is a good guided detox program and covers nutrients in the protocol so body gets healthier during your two months detox protocol. Other programs and ways exist like starting with acv but W 17:33 ell of Life is gentle and well explained. If you are dealing with cancer type issues do not play around with that. My husband, also, has been struggling for over two years with liver issues and symptoms that no doctor diagnosed. 3 months ago his primary doctor did a CT scan which showed he had cirrhosis and chronic liver failure (odd since he doesnt drink). What this doctor did was horrific. She didn't tell my husband the CT findings, but sent him to an oncologist. That doctor 3 months later told him he didn't have cancer and was surprised that his primary doctor didn't even tell him he had liver issues! He is still waiting to see doctors...always hurry and wait...and is going down fast.

What about Gilberts disease? It’s like my liver hasn’t been fully formed and if I fast it makes me sick. Everything practically makes me sick. Any tips on Gilberts disease?
@priscak6586 Жыл бұрын
This is very informative, thanks for sharing doctor. I've had GI issues for almost 4 years, pretty much since I developed gallstones and had to have a laproscopic cholecystectomy. My liver however continued to make bile that calcified into stones which blocked my bile ducts a year after i'd had surgery, and then I had to have an ECRP to flush them out. I had terrible liver inflammation caused by the back up, was so jaundiced, weak and in such pain, they kept me in the hospital for 4 nights. Took months for my liver numbers to come back to normal, ate clean, avoided alcohol and fatty foods, stopped taking certain medications and started on milk thistle. Lately however, have noticed my feet are super itchy, especially at night. The horrible bloating, acid reflux and never ending back and right shoulder pain are here again. I get numbness in my arm and tingling at night. Just when I'd started enjoying my meals again, am back to feeling fatigued and sick all the time, the constant headaches and stomach pain, exasperated by certain foods and drinks, especially alcohol and coffee. Your comment about clogged bile ducts and back up into the liver have really resonated with how am feeling at the moment. I wish I'd get this resolved once and for all, hoping the damage isn't permanent. Have watched almost all your videos, even the one about reflux causing that constant nasal drip in the back of the throat. Trying everything to get rid of that as well, it's so uncomfortable 😔😔😔..... Have cut out sugar from my diet, in just afew days the change has been dramatic. Want to get rid of dairy products as well and see if that helps any of my symptoms. My doctor wants to do a nerve study, also proposed pain point cortisone shots for my shoulder. I'd rather do it naturally ofcourse so it's more sustainable, and treat the underlying cause, not just the symptoms. Any advice would be so greatly appreciated. 😔

THANK YOU. I admit that I am a "liver preacher". So many people dismiss the liver and it is probably the most abused part of us. The health of the liver will ruin your whole body. When we have fatty liver we often go undiagnosed unless they do an actual biopsy of the liver. People think that because they don't drink alcohol that they have a good liver. Just let me say all the carb loading that is so common now, is causing us to create our own homemade foi gras. 100% Gotta at least have less carbs even if you don't want to do low carb. 30g of carbs at any meal is plenty. Excellent vid... I diagnosed myself with gallstones many years ago and [instead of going to the doctor who would have had this organ removed] I was advised to do a gallbladder and liver flush. It took 14 months to finally be free of stones... about 500-600, some of which were the size of walnuts... They were old and calcified and passed at the colonic. I should add that it is a pain-free process as it involves drinking litres of organic apple juice for a week before the actual flush, and this softens the stones. I have since rectified a calcium-magnesium imbalance which was found after a hair mineral/heavy metal analysis I had done. Interesting how 'old-fashioned' medicine - looking at the eyes, tongue, skin, nails and feet can tell us all we need to know about our health.

It's all in a book I bought called 'The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush' by Andreas Moritz. You have to totally commit to the process plus the colonic costs involved, before you begin... Once you start, the stones present in your liver will be drawn forward and if you stop, that's where they'll stay... stuck! People get their gallbladders removed - it's a common operation - but no one tells you that the liver is full of stones too! The whole process seems scary and daunting but it isn't. The worst bit is drinking the 4 lots of Epsom Salts...

If you are older l advise caution. I drank LOTS of lemon water. Yes l passed many stones. One large stone got caught in the duct. That duct is right above a part of intestine. The stone grew larger over the next 4 months. The LARGE stone grew into and shredded my intestine. Emergency surgery and repair. 4 month stay on an IV. Had to learn to walk again. Just be careful if you are older. Please

@@Tk-iz2ws That sounds serious. but rather strange... 4 months on an IV? Uh? And where does not being able to walk fit into the picture? Like I said, the stones you pass are soft, having drunk all those litres of apple juice. There's no way, I could have passed them without pain otherwise. I did follow Andreas' instructions to the letter including having the colonics, as these flush out any stones caught up within the colon. It's also crucial that this process gets repeated monthly... unless you are ill for eg... till you have 2 consecutive months of zero stones. That way you know you are in the clear.

What if one doesn't have a gallbladder? Is Tudca still advised? Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us!

You are correct I think. I cured myself blood sugar issues and diverticulitis and lost 140. I had a tooth infection and have been antibiotics a few times over 5 months waiting for the endodontist. I also have been taking a pharmacological grade anti inflammatory medication for gout. I had no energy more months and went to urgent care. My ALT was 73 and everything else was fine. For the last few months my feet felt warm and itchy. Luckily I had my dentist appointment today and the infection is gone. Thanks for sharing God bless you.

Your right about the veggies someone that I knew owned a vegan store and I think she said heating veggies past I think 115 degrees or higher kills the nutritional value. Thanks again.

I have had a sore on the ball of my foot almost the entire year. The foot doctor hasn’t been able to help me no one has. I have MS so I already have trouble walking and I suspected that this might be a sign of something happening internally with one of my organs so thank you for doing this video!
