I played hockey for 15 years at an elite level (AA,AAA) and coached biomechanics and skills for 4 years. Willing to send you some exercises and techniques that you could make a video on (new sub but I noticed you have a lot of sport specific videos and no ice hockey.) would have helped me when I played so maybe somebody will see it and get good training advice
