Easy to lash out from a comfortable chair in the BBC. Facts are: We are through without injury or severe exhaustion. Why should the team play at a high tempo just to please overpaid pundits. Both Serbia and Denmark were quite physical in stopping England playing and the referee let it happen. Not necessary to respond with the same degree of energy when they could absorb the pressure.
