I appreciate every conversation these two men have, but I especially appreciate every single word spoken here. I needed this in a major way at this very moment in time. I’m so grateful. 🙏🏾

I don’t normally comment on videos like this.. but this was so heartfelt, this challenged me to see how prideful I really am. I absolutely loved your vulnerability. I honestly crave to have a friendship like this. This was a perfect example of how iron sharpens iron. Thank you so much for your transparency! May God bless your ministries.

I will admit. I have left Tim a message on mentoring me 😂😂😂 so I have learned to sit an be quiet. I am so patient now lol. I know I'm not ready to help others. Cuz I'm still in the middle of transitioning to what my purpose is to be. I know that God is great and for the first time in my 46 years of living. Being in peace and content and letting God take control is the only way to live. Thank you Jesus and love you guys. So happy for you 2.

And what is so great too. It's like the closer you get and the more you do read. How much God will reveal to you on how great he has been to you. Here to tell you. Even tho I lived in sin for 45 years for sure God never leaves you. I will just leave it there saying. God is the greatest. God is the kings of kings. Lords of lords. Thank you so much my lord for these 2 guys.

Listening to this again. When Tim says he is on a short leash. That reminds me of being on one too. Now my leash is not too short. It will reach Scottsdale Arizona or Dallas now. It cuz god has restored my marriage. Just the other day my wife told me that she is truly the happiest that she has ever been. This last year the transformation of my heart has been noticed. I told her plz just give all the thanks to the lord. Only god can do this.

I sit and listen to each of you talk and I am hanging on to each word that is said. I feel like a student learning to understand parts of my life that I questioned for years. And also characteristics about my friends that I ask God to explain to me and God gives me your videos, especially at the 50min mark. I thank you so much for you taking the time to create the gems of experience and knowledge that I cannot control my excitement when I see another video has been posted on one of the channels with you two in it. Integral warmth. Helps face oneself a bit easier. God drags some of us over hot coals, cauldrons, deep cliffs etc, and it hurts to view those with easier loads. It’s not between us and them, it’s us and us and god, full stop. Those recovering from trauma… have to walk on egg shells often, because emotion/pain is too “big”. Friends expect loved ones to get therapy. Finding a match, without going in circles, spending by the clock instead of by process doesn’t work for everyone. Transparency is salve for the world, gods sword cuts clean in fair and loving hands. Bless your openness. Jesus teaches love is everything. Here you both sit, gently righteous and humble, makes the world a safer place. Many thanks.

Thank you both for modeling what a healthy godly relationship looks like. I learn so much, not necessarily in what is said: but how it is said, the tone, the posture, the body language, eye contact, the flow of the conversation , the organicity ( a word?) of the relationship. I’m certain people will criticize both of you and say some hurtful things ….. yet you persist in modeling this for us.

I know you teased this last week, but I did not expect the Dynamic Duo again so soon. What a treat. And I am so grateful for your connection because it is clear how you help each other, but the particular way Tim has softened as well as sharpened you, Preston, is something I am even more grateful for since your ministry has been a huge part of my own growth over the past couple of years. And I don't even live in your part of the country. I can only imagine if I had the opportunity to be a member of your congregation, but that's OK. Thank you, Jesus, we are in this tech age that allows us to be blessed by people both near and very far.

Oh man, the way you guys dig in and discuss the value of character, and share your stories as teaching moments for us is so beautiful. Thank you for the gift of your vulnerability, wisdom and experience; and thank you for creating a safe space to expose shortcomings for the purpose of getting to the real work of healing and wholeness. You two are the real deal and your authenticity, emphasis on genuine God-forged character, air-traffic-controller-like direction/encouragement into God’s process, and emphatically endorsing obedience as that oil of anointing for our life calling creates safety and space for us to follow y’all as you follow Christ. Exceptional leadership and mentorship!👏🏼

These conversations are so important. For lack of a better term, I'd call this passive mentoring/discipleship because of the wisdom that the hearer can glean. In many ways, listening to this conversation will impact people more deeply than a sermon from behind a pulpit because, at least, those like me are churchy and will get hyped in the fire of a hot church moment but not necessarily walk out with practical tools for change. Thank you for having this conversation, sharing your experience, and propagating wisdom. We appreciate y'all.

I don’t think that girl should be called delusional so quickly. It sounds like the same feelings you experience when you’re dating someone were created. If those were not the intention then they shouldn’t have been created. We don’t know what experiences people have with dating and married people in the church have the opportunity to be examples of covenant keeping as God intended for marriage. This is just one instance of why ongoing discipleship and male-to-male or female-to-female accountability can be so important. God help husbands and wives in the church go to you when they feel their affections wandering from their spouse and for singles to practice fidelity to you when they’re desires lead them astray. Amen 🙏🏾
@prestonmorrison4094 Жыл бұрын
Def not calling her delusional. The issue was that my brother barely knew her and she was saying they were going to get married. A little bit too much too fast, right? She’s not bad, but that approach seems to be.
@msjhelaire21 Жыл бұрын
@@prestonmorrison4094 thanks for clarifying then. I didn’t catch that when I watched the video. I only heard the part about her saying they were dating. I appreciate you guys’ candidacy on these topics.

“Jesus had 12 disciples, Jonathan had only one David.” YUP AND Jesus chose his inner circle… Peter, James, John… so it really don’t need to be a lot of people… it really, really don’t. 59:52 Which the world does not teach, the world says you have a lot of influence, friendships, connections then you are winning…
