Thanks for great comparison and your live experience testing them back to back! Love my Perl Pro's, had Pi7s but they are not even close in dynamic range and depth to the Pro's, also connectivity and noise canceling on the Pro's are a lot better. Love B&W otherwise though but very glad I don't have to buy a new pair of headphones!

I definitely agree I just bought the PI8s and they're great but I have the denon ProPro and they are better you are right and also if you don't want to spend a ton of money I keep going back to them and putting them in my ears the original status between pro without the ANC that gives you APTX are just really hard to beat they have a loud volume depth the three driver set up I mean for 99 bucks you can have earbuds that sound almost the same as the pro pros and I've got all three pair so I ought to know just something for everybody to think about who hasn't tried them and maybe not have the budget for the pro pros you can't miss with the status earbuds they're great in fact they're better than great I trade off listening to them and the pro pros thanks for your video Bret

Hey Ron nice video ! If you can only prefer one ear bud in an overall Top 3 List. Wich place will the Denon Perl Pros make. Are the Gemini II the best buds uve heared overall ? Ich would to buy the Denons but after your Gemini II video ill prefer the Gemini II.... I wanted the best sound i can get But In Germany the Denon Perl Pros costs only around 170 Euros Thats quite a good Deal i think.

I think I honestly prefer 3anc over both of these. The 3anc are easy to damage though, they can break in half from heat alone (the adhesive, but you can just glue it back if you don't break the anc ribbon......like I did while cleaning and putting my cp360 back on my bone whites uggggg). Both of mine still work though, but my bone white anc on the right side is pure white noise now....gotta see if I can get a new pair.

In UK: Denon PP £249, B&W iP8 £349 atm Both have 2 year warranties so I am going to order the PP's AND the B&W's and give them a spin as my Senn TW3's have just been refunded from a fault 23 months in. But £100 cheaper are making the PP's firm favs atm. Both have been criticised about BT connection issues and poor crashing apps so think it may be a nose to nose on which is the 'least bad'. We shall see as I will be testing hard for 28 days so can be returned if they fail to live up to the hype.

But some buyers (like me) don't give a rats a** about the mic or ANC we just want quality sound. These are portable headphones first an foremost not a BT headset. Those can take a back seat imho. Thanks for the testing Ron, great channel !

@@ronontech I bought the Gemini 2 based on your review and after auditing them at an official store, I highly doubt if it possible to make better sounding earbuds, it is high end level, the rest are hifi, some even sound unnatural. The Gemini 2 have layers of sound, huge sound stage, separation, dynamics that don’t exist in the rivals, in other departments like ANC and comfort Bose is the best there is in my opinion. Is the 3ANC more comfortable and has similar sound quality?

earfun free pro 3, pi8 and az80 have been the most comfortable stemless tws for me. airpods pro 2 easily win in comfort with spinfit superfine. Perl pros aren't uncomfortable though, but I have a pair of spinfit omni stuck on mine...like its a tight fit I don't recommend it lol, I could see people breaking them trying to put omni on. Definitely get a good test result before you do that at least, because the omni doesnt seem to give good results, for me at least.

Would you choose Denon perl pro over samsung buds 3 pro ? I am not audiophile but I need comfortable noice canceling earbuds for 6-8 haurs shifts with powerful bass.

hmmm I'd go for something like technics az80, xm5 or airpods pro 2 if you want a main pair. The pi8 are definitely not a good edc pair, so I'd say perl pro out of these 2.
