Industry talk was it will be MOHANLAL's "NEW DELHI". Mammootty and Joshy (and may be Dennis) were against it. They made underground works to make that movie doomed. And it happened ദൗത്യം was a flop. It changed Ashok sir's mind to give up his career as screen writer
