We've had a lot of requests for it, so here it is - a whole hour of GCN Training Session goodness, and this one is a brute! Hank takes you through a 10/10 effort routine, to get you pumped and more powerful than ever!
This session is really hard, so please be sure to stay hydrated, and take it easy if you're finding it too hard.

Great session but somewhat spoiled by having to manually skip ads throughout. Ads also stop the workout clock. Not ideal if you’re in the middle of a big effort.

Definite love / hate session - hate the thought of doing it but loved it and the challenge is gave me. Q & A was great Hank is hillarious , good come back answers from the ladies :-) More longer sessions like this please

That sense of dread that fell over the room as the twelve minute set was approaching… loved the longer video and your banter always makes the time go by quickly.

Great session! That long max effort was brutal, but really appreciated the on-screen timer/effort/RPM meters showing back in full for this one, was a huge help, esp for those longer sustained pushes.

With sessions like that which push you to your limits, it's good to know that the pro GCN team members are going through the same feelings, emotions and self- doubt as those of us of a, let's say, with respect, a lesser level of experience. So chuffed I got through that!

That was phenomenal! Hank you're a machine to be able to talk us through that 12 mins 10/10. Nearly gave up early on in the session as so many adverts especially in the first half but so pleased I carried on. Thanks Hank and team

Just started your training videos 3 weeks ago and LOVE them. Hank is a great motivator!! I used to hate spinning indoors in the off season but I genuinely look forward to your cycling sessions. How about a longer endurance session for those of us in the snowy areas who won't see the road for at least another month - maybe 1 1/2 hours?

I am so impressed that Hank was able to keep speaking and motivating me through that 12 min max effort. I didn't think I was going to make it at the end there, but his coaching kept me pushing through and I made it!!!

Just done this one immediately after Si’s latest 20 min easy pyramid session. Felt so fresh after the 20 mins that it seemed like a good idea. Forgot how much of a grueler this is!

This was a brutal but awesome session! The last 12 minuts effort I died after 5 minuts because way to high HR near max HR. I had to lower the power about 30 watts to maintain the effort. So brutal those last 12 minuts after the other effort. One of the hardest session so far. Thanks for all your great training sessions

I was so excited about the new long workout I did it despite the previous tabata. I had to break the 12mins down into 6 2 mins efforts keeping to 10 but changing the gear it totally got me through. Thanks again to the gcn team with helping me to get into my wedding dress ❤️😊👍👏

What a great session, I wanted to quit after the first 2 minutes when Hank said it was going to be painful, but finishing it all out and working hard was so worth it. He is right, I can't do it every week, but who knows, I seem to like the pain.

Frankly speaking I love all the presenters. Manon being all time favourite though. These workouts are boon for me. Whenever I am stressed or feeling low these workouts are my first go to option. Extended love and so much love for all of u. Keep rocking. ❤️😇🌟😘🥰

It was brutal. But I hung in there. I was more at an 8 than 10 on the 12 minute block, but happy I finished it. I love the hour workouts
