If the Toyota Tundra, SW4, F350, Silverado, Jeep Wrangler, etc. all got stuck, what were these sedans doing in the beach sand??

This guy's a true hero helping pull out stuck vehicles. I recommend screw on the tire stem auto air deflators, (😊time saver).Also, I use a Milwaukee M18 inflator, no running engine to run pump, no hood up. Stops automatically at preset psi. These things work for me on NJ drive on beaches.

This guy is a G! Man out here in his cowboy boots, walking through the sand in the heat for people he doesn’t even know.

How many psi did you left on each tire?

I wonder how much he charges for a single tow? If you charge even $20 per car, that would be a decent amount of money daily.

Like 25 years ago, somewhere in West java, beach, locals seem let us get stuck in the sand :-) then they came to help for some money:-)

I don’t charge. It’s a hobby.

COMMON SENSE would help, - If your feet sink in then your car is bound to. I think they are using a type of heavy duty elasticated rope you can get nowadays, - it stretches once it is taut until something gives way - and in this case it's the vehicle 'stuck' in the sand. We use it on our farm to get tractors out of muddy fields that have heavily loaded trailers. - Ours is as thick as your wrist and damned expensive to buy, and very heavy to lift, - they were using the thinner version.

Why are you putting air into your front tires? I thought you should air down all four.

Why is everyone going with 20in rims or higher with mud tires? that's crazy! I'm from Saudi Arabia and for sand off roading we don't go with rims bigger than 16 or 17in

Why do so many people take their cars into the soft sand?
@sleepysnz8 ай бұрын
a lot of people would have benefited in buying a air compressor or even some maxtrax when driving on sand, and those people who went on the sand in cars, one word for them "Braindead'

there is no way that white jeep rubicon that was being pulled by the old jack up jeep couldn't drive through that on his own. maybe he didn't know he had locking axels and low range.

Probably does not realize or understand how much deflating his tires would help out. I thought the same when I seen that. But I can tell you from experience, if his tires are over about 15 psi, locker or no locker, he would be getting stuck.

It’s all about tire pressure
@Singlesix63 ай бұрын
@@flight2k5 Yes. Each vehicle is different and I tell most folks to try around 18 psi to start. I have a 4Runner for what it's worth. You can always drop a few more psi if that doesn't work. Back in the late '80s I could get anywhere on the Outer Banks in my '86 Subaru GL wagon with 185/70-13 tires if I used 15 psi. (This was the model with a skid plate and factory hi-lo range gearing. I never used Lo.) One time in the 14 years I had it I had to go to 10 psi. It was a ramp up around Corolla that was all pea gravel - small pieces of broken shells. It was a steep ramp that day due to erosion at the base on the ocean side.
