I'm enjoying this challenge so far and for me 😅 it's very challenging (I make mods where needed and take breaks). But really good and really healthy. I felt as though my outer hips were quite sore on this day, something I don't normally work on, just thought I'd let you know for the future. The practice did help a bit and I'm doing a bit more to loosen them. Thanks so much for all of your time and effort. 😊❤

We loved this! Your opening movement of the cat, cow spine and upward dog variation is one we really enjoy and we like how you have us do the gate pose fairly often.
