Thank you so much for these! I've had reconstructive achilles tendon surgery and heel osteotomy. It still hurts a full year after surgery. Consequently, I'm very out of shape, I've gained a lot of weight, and my knees hurt. These gentle, but effective exercises are perfect for me. They elevate my heart rate, but don't cause undue strain on my ankle or knees. I'd like to see more please! Thanks again!

Great! I’m thinking of switching to these. I’ve been mixing strength and cardio using all of the strength and aerobic and dance moves that I’ve learned over the years and adding weights 2-3 days a week. But once I put that playlist on I’m at it for an hour and a half because I love dancing especially and I don’t want to stop but I think that I’m overtraining and not recovering the best as sleep is affected. I see this lady’s videos pop up. Very intriguing! I still have like 85 pounds to lose possibly. I have insulin resistance and carry most of my weight around my belly but thighs as well and bust. Just wondering since I love dance so much, is it something that I can still incorporate into my routine or should I keep my strength and weight training separate or just not dance at all? I did it off and on for years but never consistently until lately. My story is long and complicated. I’m unsure of how much of everything I should be doing and wondering if I’m effecting my cortisol levels negatively. I appreciate any advice. Thank you 😊

Try scheduling dance sessions on different days from your more intense strength workouts to ensure better recovery. This approach allows you to enjoy dancing without overloading your body. It's also a good idea to consult your doctor for personalized advice. 🩺💕
