I can separate the actor from the character, even if that can become a challenge at some point, but Kramer seem to become more of an asshole the longer the show went on. He was funny but the old shtick of him coming in n eating Jerry's food n making weird noises went from cute to annoying in the last days of the show. And that incident with Elaine's bike always bugs me.

Producers thought that Jason's singing (as George) was too good. So, after Jason left the studio, I pitched (de-tuned) the music track a little flat, making Jason's singing sound a little sharp. Producers happy. Me too.
