Great band, im an old punk (not the original punk era, 1977 etc), i got into it in about 1983, anarcho punk was one of the genres i got into, early 80s rather than 70s, Rudimentary peni (its pronounced pene eye) were one of the biggest and best anarcho punk bands i got into along with Crass, Conflict, Flux of pink Indians and subhumans

@@MarvinHeartless Yeah Crass were the original Anarcho punk band that started during the first wave of punk in 77.

3:35 - Punk originated in NYC in the early-mid 70's with RAMONES. Some say it goes bk about a decade prior with THE VELVET UNDERGROUND. Although TVU isn't technically a punk band, they def have some punky, as well as some gothic elements and themes/vibes in the music and style. From TVU and their influence on many raw garage bands, THE MC 5 and THE STOOGES would eventually make their mark as time progressed. The latter were especially important and a common interest of every RAMONE member.
