These are rather hard exercises to start with! A beginner would get too sore to continue! Great for later on though.

Me too I just had my second hernia repair. It was complicated. I have 3. The recovery was horrendous. I am afraid to stretch and to tear it again. But tummy HAS to goooo. Frustrating for me. 😔
