My God I have no idea how I got here, in the internet rabbit hole. Started with seeking relief for a recurrent UTI, went to tapping and Prune's video on the bladder meridian, which gave me the first sense of relief that lasted longer than a few seconds. But still in distress, I decided to do this, at the end of a difficult, despairing day, just because...After doing this entire routine, I can barely feel my UTI! What is this magic?! Thank you thank you. I am doing this everyday. I have had enough wakeup calls, and I know there's help. Namaste, gratitude from India/Bhutan.

@@akshida9741 Oh dear I didn't realise there was a reply to my comment until just today. I hope your UTI went away very soon after your comment. With energy medicine or other alternate methods it can take a while for the recurrence to stop, but it's worth it.

Maybe it does matter which hand is crossed over which in relation to the legs - Brain Gym have it that if your right ankle is on top then your left forearm is on top. This makes for a diagonal parallel. Brain Gym (part of the Educational Kinesiology Foundation) have developed it from the original Wayne Cook posture with is in Donna's Energy Medicine book.

Having done very few meridian tapping exercises, I never felt benefits or no improvement in my feelings or mood. However this is the first time I have tried this one and will be saving onto new playlist as I instantly felt better and felt I had much more clarity. I have had more success from trying this once than other programmes several times so today done about an hour after my breakfast and will be doing at least once a day because with being the first time, wasn’t doing perfect so looking forward to each time I practice and find it easier. Oh and finally your clear descriptions were very easy to understand and with this being on you tube if I missed an instruction would simply rewind 10 or 20 seconds. Thank you so much for changing my interest into meridian work into a passion. Soo much really appreciate your video, massive thanks 🙏

4:25 that's so cute and somewhat unusual dog behavior. To be at a public beach off leash, clearly young with energy and no end of possible distractions, they choose to simply be near her. Not pester for attention, nor direct curiosity toward the camera she is occupied with. No, they both choose to sit calmly on their haunches and just watch her back! Her energy is definitely strong and has inspired total devotion. Highest recommendation in my book.

Agreed I got very bored easy with other tapping or meridian working apps or videos but can honestly say I noticed an improvement in my mood and that was before video finished. Definitely saving so can do at least once daily
