@@oliviamoreno-carlson7717 it’s making sure you’re not always available when he wants you. Have a lot of hobbies and commitments to people outside of the relationship (friends, family, clubs) and don’t give them up just because he wants to spend time with you (or give them up VERY sparingly) so that he doesn’t feel like he has your full, undivided attention. If men think they can have you whenever they want, and your world revolves around them, then they become bored and won’t work for or chase you. You have to be your own individual with a full life, even if he isn’t there. If he feels like you can’t live without him and that your only interest is him he will get bored and complacent, and worst of all, take you for granted. Let him know he is loved, but he isn’t the only thing that brings light to your life. That is how you make him chase you forever. Warm, but secure and not needy.

I've been listening to you for a while. Unlike other speakers you tend to be more soft and neutral, coming from a place of understanding. This is what I was longing for. I love your feminine energy and working on myself to develop mine, too. I do not agree with casual dates just to practice, talking with more than one man at a time. I prefer working on myself via different methods and solving my triggers of which I have become aware so far and as a result of my past expericences. I think this dating exercise would be more applicable to early 20s when you have the energy and vibe to chat on different neutral subjects on and on and on and starting all over again. In my case, not even then. But at a moment one gets tired of so many random casual meet ups. Anyways, it's just my opinion. I will keep listening to you.

Adrienne! You have been such a rock and comfort to me during a difficult breakup. I was with my boyfriend for 5 years, broke up for 1 year and now reconnecting slowly. We aren't officially back together but we are having fun with weekly facetime calls and laughing again. We have also been intimate once. We are now starting to share our reflections/mistakes from the "old relationship." Seems to be slow positive movement forward. He is military so we live at a distance, and if we were to get back together it would be long distance for the next 5 years because of military relocation :( we are in our 30s. We both want to be parents someday. When would be a good time to talk to him about having a plan/end goal for long distance? Especially considering we are not in a relationship now. The reason I ask is because I don't want to get back together without resolving why I broke up with him: I didn't want the military lifestyle and moving around anymore as it affected my mental health as my career was put on hold. I lost my drive and made him my purpose. After our break up I found my purpose again and have been healing childhood wounds as I have an attachment style. Now I feel stronger to do long distance (I'm more patient, emotionally resilient, secure, and compassionate), I have my own life, and encourage and support him to follow his dream career. I would wait for him while we serves! I love him unconditionally. He also encourages me to have my own life outside a relationship, which I love. I just feel in my body that I cannot get back together with him unless we have a shared vision/end goal, and timeline. Does this sound like an ultimatum or manipulation? I hope not. I don't think this is an unreasonable ask. I still love and respect him, plus myself, and wouldn't want us to get hurt again by jumping into something without resolving past issues. What would be a good way to communicate this need in a way that makes him feel involved in the outcome? (you keep saying men like being the fixers :) Lastly, I like what you said about not wanting to be a girlfriend again for 5 years I want to be a wife and mother. I want this. We have 5 years of history and already in our 30s.. I just feel like I want a real commitment from him but I don't want to scare him away. Any ideas on how to approach all this? He is the one, I want to marry him and have children with him. Love is still there between us. He has expressed he can't imagine being with anyone else intimately, but he wants to take it slow. I want to build a home life with him in his home town when he's done serving the military. He doesn't know when he wants to leave the military, yet how would long distance work at an age where it gets harder as a woman to conceive. Do you think resolving this and having a plan is a realistic first step before getting back together? I'm confused how to go about this in a loving and respectful way for both our sakes? Any ideas? Shall I tell him all I've shared with you today, and ask him to think about it and come back to me when he's ready? I appreciate all your love and support :)

I broke up with my guy two weeks ago. Contact has been limited and I miss him. We have three kids together and I have three kids from my first husband that he was starting to develop a bond with too. It feels too complicated and uncomfortable to be broken up. Theres a lot of entanglement. We have taken breaks before and gotten back together a few times. But I feel like I was pursuing and chasing him to get him back. He did come back but it didn’t make me feel good. I still felt uneasy and wondering why he comes back, why he leaves. I just never felt valued enough and felt like I’m just filling in as girlfriend until he finds someone better. I want to feel like I matter and needed and loved. I want to feel like he’d be lost and heartbroken without me.

Adrienne, I have been in a relationship with a wonderful man for 6 months. He initiates messages or calls everyday for some brief contact at least 80-90% of the time and we see each other twice a week. He has hinted a couple of times that he'd like to hear from me more and to call him. I took it on board but each time, I felt like he started to feel familiar with me and not say things like he missed me anymore. So I let my effort fizzle down subtley and then he'd chase and be extra romantic again and I'd feel wonderful. He's recently just blatantly asked me again to contact him if I don't hear from him first. What do I do? I notice his effort and energy towards me when im not really initiating, but then he has blatantly made a request. Is there a way we can both get our needs met?

We dated for 6 months and out of no where he told me that when he tried to move the relationship forward he just couldn’t . And if I was the right person for him, He feels he wouldn’t be feeling this way. Shattered my heart in a million pieces.. He tried to message me a few days after the break up but he just wants to be friends because he misses me a lot. But he feels that breaking up with me was the right thing to do for him. Help.

Use my "can't be just your friend" script from "500 Ways." Missing you is the most important part he needs to feel for this to get turned around. In my own personal story you will hear how I told my guy the same words and he laughed at me. He later married me. :-) Yet if you want to be a wife, if this man is not right for you, you are readying yourself for the man who is. xoxo! Adrienne I love all your videos! What would you consider to be long-distance? I live on a different island to the man I've been seeing for 2 months. It's about a 1.5 hour drive including the ferry trip. I go down to the other island once a month to see my friends anyway, and now he's coming up to visit me in 2 weeks. He pulled away for 5 days over Christmas after 2 months of very consistent contact - he does most of the work, always asking me questions to get to know me. I've been doing what you said and just leaning back and creating my own juicy life filled with warmth, which I've been doing for years. Now he's come back around, as you said he would XD Do you think a 1.5 hour drive is too far away for it to work? If we see each other twice a month? D:

Ultimately you MUST live near one another, in the same town to date 2-3x a week. Do this for at least 3 months then after that it's time to commit deeper, don't you agree? A man will date you for a good long while until he either needs to step up, or something new comes along. You are making it 'easy' for him and not good for your value. It's hard to explain but it's from your true heart without motives or saying it so the guy will react. I feel much better doing it this way and the man does respond to what he hears from inside of your body. Truly amazing.

I wish there was an easy answer but you'll find this takes discovery on your part to go deep inside and find what you feel then speak it. I have her ebook 500 and it changed my life. You'll learn to do it too.

How long should you wait to ask where is the relationship going..some coaches say it's masculine energy and pursuing a man to ask where is this relationship heading

Adrienne I just purchased your 500 ways book but i am in such a dark place and I feel so lost right now...he says we are boyfriend and girlfriend but we are long distance and hes been adding all these girls on his fb and hes been pulling away ...I don't know really what to do
@AdrienneEverheart5 жыл бұрын
I rarely recommend staying in long distance relationships. And if he's doing this long distance, there's no guarantee he won't be doing this close up. You can't really know why he's adding them, but it's a red flag for sure. XO

Love it!! I have a question... According to what U mention about avoidant behaviours, like facing things we escape from because we are scared: if I do follow my femenine feelings, I would avoid going into such experiences because fear prevents me from that, however U say the opposite, as we need to face new situations and see new possibilities unfold. I am very interested in this because I do often go into situations that scare me, but that I recognize to be finally evolutive. I can't understand up to what point this is ok, considering what makes me feel safe and good, which I was thinking it was a femenine guideline to follow, but here I am somehow missing a connection...

I been seeing this guy for 11 months and I haven't gotten a commitment he said he don't want a relationship but he sends me mixed signals I don't know what I should do if I should hang in there a little longer your just move on

You should belive him he is telling you the true.He does not want a relationship.Why do you want to stay more longer?you belive you can change his mind?nope
@AdrienneEverheart5 жыл бұрын
Rus gives a good answer here... there are times when you LISTEN to a man and that’s when he’s saying “I don’t want or can’t do a relationship.” Listen to him and start dating others and keep him around for practice until you find a new man. 💋😘 You will find a man who desires you fully with no doubts! Plus this in many cases activated the other guy into pursuit. 🥰

Love yourself! He can't see your worth, so find someone who can. Don't settle for less. There are many men looking for someone like you. Give a true man who values you, the opportunity to love you and allow yourself to discover true love, to be treated like the beautiful queen that you are, and to be a man's priority.

all good but you have to soften your voice, you are talking a way to loud and without pause. Topic is interesting but your presentation could be better. that is also a very attractive to a man, a girl who has a soft nice voice and does not talk nonstop.
