i recently tried doing this workout but i wasn't consistent with it so i saw results but lost them. im gonna try my best to be consistent with it and ill update with results in a month (april 29, 2021) waist : 71 cm (28 inches) lower waist : 81.25 cm (about 32 inches) i'll give little updates weekly as in if im starting to see progress or if i feel any different, but ill give the final results in a month :) results: waist : 73 cm lower waist : 82.5 cm
I'll try to keep you guys updated on how I did Day 1: Morning:it was hard and I had to take a few breaks in between Evening: it wasn't as bad I was motivated and I finished it with less breaks in between Day 2: it was less hard than the previous morning, but I had little to no breaks Evening:I did it with no breaks and I really felt the burn in my arms Day 3: the burn was really intense in my arms, but I did the exercise with more energy than usual Evening: I felt the burn in my hips, arms and waist. My lower abdomen is getting really bloated I don't think that's okay but idk what to do Day 4: its feeling easier to do and I finished with only one break taken Evening: I did it similarly to how I did in the morning. My hips feel like their caving in. Day 5:it was easy just the end when my arms started hurting Evening: same as the morning Day 6:I did it with no breaks, felt the burn in my hips Evening: I did it with one or two breaks but with more energy Day 7: I did it a bit later than usual but I didn't take it as seriously, so I took quite a few breaks between but I got it done Evening: done with no breaks but sometimes going on my elbows and knees. I really felt the burn in my arms and hips. I'm gonna do this video and the week 2 video for the 2nd week, I might not remember to update but I'll try ! Day 8:it was easier than the previous week, but I took one break and felt the burn in my arms Evening: I did this on sand the second week one too, my arms were burning bad Day 9: It was easier and I only did it once in the day Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Please remind me by a like or comment, that'll help to motivate me and you guys can do this.
