I know how I would feel. As a parent, being that uninterested in where your children are, #1 I would be scared someone would kidnap them. And the disrespect is another matter entirely. I would pack those kids up and tell them if they can't be respectful, we're leaving. And follow through. My Sister thinks it's perfectly fine for children to run around a cemetery. I don't. People are mourning, or visiting their loved ones grave. You don't want to see kids walking on the graves or playing on the headstones. We had a pretty big argument about that. I rounded the kids up and announced that we were leaving. Not my kids, but my nieces and nephews. Sis couldn't understand after I spent 30 minutes trying to get the kids to settle down. Then enough was enough. To the car we marched and left. Was tempted to leave my sister there as well. I told her this wasn't a park and have respect. She still didn't get it. 🙄😡

I worked in a hotel once when people of this religion were having one of their many "holiday's" & the level's of disrespect shown by then to myself & other member's of staff was truly shocking. It wasn't just the children but the adult's as well particularly the older generation. Some religions & faith's deem anyone not of the same faith to be "less" than them, it's so sad, I'm sure that it's that attitude & intolerance of other's that spark's tension & causing

It’s not about trying to make the guards laugh. They’re mimicking them, making fun of them, they’re not trying to make them laugh. Makes it impossible for other tourists to get a danged picture, they monopolize the arches… this time for at least a half hour, you should tell the guide that issue! They’re not naive, they knew they were being disrespectful to soldiers because they’re British…. That guy even warned them to tone it down because their rudeness was going to be shown on KZbin. And they let their kids run around like wild animals. If I had misbehaved like that, my parents would’ve sent me to meet my Maker early! That’s negligent, laissez faire parenting, regardless of culture. It’s a common ailment today. And it’s not because of the language barrier, John, because we’ve seen and heard people speaking all kinds of other languages, and people know how to take a picture and courteously let others have their chance. They can see it by example. So that excuse doesn’t “hold water.” It’s not a language barrier. It’s not a cultural thing. They’re not trying to make a guard laugh. They’re making fun of a soldier that they know cannot respond to them because he’s working. They’re cognizant of what they’re doing, they’re being passive aggressive. Jewish parents teach their kids to be respectful and to behave in public, to assimilate. What these people are doing is not part of their religious beliefs. Quite the opposite. I know that, because my parents were Jews, John, and in my opinion this group gives Jewish people a bad name, which is something that Jews don’t need…. especially right now, in the current political climate.

Good to see the police finally stepping up and making sure that everyone can enjoy their experience at Horse Guards. This is a local group, they simply do respect the fact that people travel half way across the world to come to London and to take their own photos. Thank God you continue to monitor their behaviour. You do a brilliant job. You are quite right the camera does the talking we see their expressions of disrespect and disregard for the history and the traditions, of the Monarch. I hope this become police policy. They should be moved on after 15 minutes not to mention its about time they took control of their children.

I have watched so many of these videos where this same group of people take over the arches and are so incredibly rude. They see that other people want to take a picture, and they don't care. They "hold the line" for their own. The children romping behind the lifeguard are not being disciplined at all. The police officers have to be their surrogate parents and shew them away from the guard. Shame on these parents who have no sense of correction. I am so glad the officer did and made them realize how rude and inconsiderate they were.

I think they are from kind of religious school in town. But it's creepy how they kind of occupy the space to hover about in front of the guards as if they making an effort to be sure to be in tourists photos. The women with the smaller children were there over ten minutes but didn't start to take photos until other people came to start to take photos. I am doubtful it's a cultural thing. Occasional individuals can be so self-absorbed to not realise that they are kind of blocking the view for other viewing tourists, but a group of kids and what I'd guess is teachers who rather seem to encourage it.

This happens to be one of my favorite troopers. He has handle quite a few difficult situations flawlessly. And he's an exceptional guard/horseman. Ormonde is first place in my heart. Luv the nippers. But Trinity is taking second place. Trinity's interactions with the tourists are so sweet. I luv when Trinity gets into these stare downs. With some of the tourists too funny.🤣 Thanks! I got just as annoyed at ludicrous tourists constantly pawing at the horse’s face, the appalling group of the usual suspects disrespecting the guard and some tourists hanging around so long next to the horse that the must be posing for their portrait being painted rather than a photo from a simple point it and press it camera as I did the first time I watched this video. The parents are letting the kids be obnoxious, rude and disrespectful because they aren’t “parents” - they’d just adults with kids. They haven’t learnt any respect themselves so are incapable of teaching respect. It was suggested the first time that video was shown that they were part of a cult because they were all wearing the same drab black and brown dresses. They will grow up assuming that they can do just as they please like the adults hanging around with them but not bothering to supervise them. So that behaviour, lack of manners and lack of respect will be carried on to yet another generation. Looking forward to your video of the Colonel’s Review. It’s a pity the Princess of Wales can’t be there but continuing in the right direction with her recovery is way more important.

Because they can. These guards are effectively paralysed, and so can be mocked. Back in the old days if somebody mocked an armed royal guard they would be in trouble.

@@Joe-os3vp I’ve watched the mocking, it’s disgusting. So it wasn’t always as bad as it is now. How come such a change? I can’t believe the ones I see constantly do it aren’t arrested or evicted permanently. As I said. I’m not English, I’m only a third Gen Aussie from England and other ancestors from Ireland and Scotland. But I get so very annoyed with the rude arrogant visitors.

@@bernadettelanders7306 Most of these are repeat videos (see description box date) so it's not as common as it looks. Still, any group should be banned for mocking the guards after one verbal warning (or they could put a sign up as this warning). But tolerance is the "virtue" of a weak and dying nation.

@@bernadettelanders7306 Shop keepers can't even stop thieves in this country (England) without getting sacked. Depending on the type of thieves. Some people have more privilege than others because they are ranked higher in the victim league. Also there is the danger of bad publicity and being publicly smeared, especially if they are being filmed banning an entire group. There have been instances on planes and trains where they are thrown out for not complying with the rules, and there are consequences.

When you see the adults, you understand why their children behave like that. They believe they have the right to do whatever they want, that they are above laws and rules. Would they behave like that in their own country??? No.

I've had a similar situation flying frequently from Chicago to the UK with a particular group of people/with a lot of unsupervised children. I felt bad for the flight crew, as I knew this was a repetitive issue with this particular group whilst traveling this route. I am not meaning the same family, just the same group. I agree, the children don't know any different. They have been allowed to behave the way they did by their parents who saw no problems with the disrespect/disregard for others. My family represents many different nations/cultures. We alway make an effort to understand acceptable behavior when we go to new areas or experience new things amongst a variety of people. As adults....it is our responsibility to do so and to teach our children to be respectful of others. Thanks for sharing this unedited video. 👍

Really don't understand how these people can take the piss when they have been persecuted for years because of their culture. They need to remember their past and start to respect other cultures and beliefs. Coming from New Zealand I'm really shocked the way these soldiers are treated by their so called fellow human beings
