The more I hear Marie speaking about motivation the more I like the unique way in which she explains things. Rediscovering motivation can generate a dramatic change in our lives because losing it is equal to a life with less fun and positive vibes than we actually deserve.

The first caller moved me to tears with her gratitude. Marie is the most graceful and selfless person to dedicate her life to "showing up" and inspiring so many people.

Marie, honestly you are one of the only people I trust on KZbin and on this self aware space. When you say something I know it’s thought through and intentional and it means so much to me 💕

I got chills listening to Nancy ask about whether or not she is ready to serve women who are healing from abuse... I started The Love Necklace Campaign to support women who are seeking care in women's shelters, when I was still in early stages of healing from abuse/assault, and as the Campaign has grown, I have as well. The work made me stronger, and continues to make me stronger and more confident. Nancy, if you get this message, THANK YOU for putting your heart and soul toward helping women who are subject to this pervasive epidemic. On the days when the work/emotions get tough, please know that you are making a huge, much needed, difference!

I am the second lady! If I only worked 30 min a night on a goal, I would be a master of like 20 things by now!! Instead, I am a master of Netflix, internet surfing, and cooking dinner for one...

Kyra Watkin I had the same struggle with distractions like my phone. I had to get ruthless and setup hard boundaries (like deleting apps, scheduling Do Not Disturb, plugging my phone in in the kitchen versus by the bed, etc). Those hard boundaries plus TIME BLOCKING helped me change my habits. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Let Netflix be your reward. If uni have problems still, get one off your friends to be an accountability buddy, where there's proof you have to submit. For me I gave a friend a humiliating picture of myself to. And he'll post it online if I don't do the work. And be reasonable! Don't commit to completing a huge project, but more spending measurable time on it. Even if you cheated you would still be doing at least some stuff.

As Nancy said: this is Gold! The last answer that you gave, Marie, resonated with me so much I feel like I need to write down your words and keep them in a place where I can read them all the time!!! So much love for you here you cannot even imagine!!

So loving this episode! The part about not being a sage from the stage but a guide from the side is so liberating for me because it takes the pressure off of me to be a “tycoon” in my niche of writing. I can just be myself and inspire others to do the same! Thanks so much for this powerful advice!

By introducing work outs in your routine, everything changes. Marie said it and that's so true. Any time I'm stuck, I go on to move more, to work out more consistently, and boom! Magic happens (in every single aspect of my life). Sure, sure-fire!

All of today's questions resonated with me! I could hear and feel the drive in Shamia (amazing work!). I'm going to commit to changing my daily patterns through exercise with Iesha because I don't want my ideas to get lost in the cloudy parts of my brain. And like Nancy, I've definitely withheld from sharing because of "imposter syndrome" or I'm not really that far along in a journey to share my experiences. BUT, I realize now that many times people want partners in their journeys and not just guides/leaders/experts.

OMG! I'm now here crying too. Marie, you're really a diva, my biggest inspiration of all, the one I come to watch when I'm feeling insecure, sad, unmotivated, confuse, because you always turn things a lot simpler and easier to deal with. This is a real treasure! I'm also so grateful! Love you! :*

I was nodding my head as well about all the ideas that come at work, but then after the 9-5 being tired to implement them all. I try to get at them on the weekend. I'm an avid to-do lister, so I try to tackle a little at a time and not all at once.
