Thank you Angie and Gregory for a great kettlebell workout. This is the second time I have resumed my kettlebell training after nearly 8 months absence since breaking my wrist. I shall begin slowly with regaining strength and continue with this joyful workout. xxx

This is my third and final update. First I want to call you names. So just imagine I’m cursing you out like a pissed off grandfather with PTSD. I didn’t expect that last bonus round of snatches. I was all kinds of happy I made it to the end of the second round. I’m already off thinking about my walk to cool down and all. But NOOOOO!! You had more!!! I barely survived that last round you *******************!! I’m sweating so much I could fill a pool! Disgusting!! But, I’m glad. I’m 275lbs and only 5’8”. Thanks again for helping shed this fat

Danke liebe Gregory und Angie. Is it ok to do this kind of workout every day when you're 40 and just a normal person (aka no athlete)?

@@lebe-stark Danke. May I ask how many workouts a week might be a better choice than everyday?
@lebe-stark11 ай бұрын
Focus on "how many workouts per year". If you train once or twice a week, that adds up to 50-100 workouts per year. That's the goal for longevity, friend.

If the timer is still active, go download the E-Book FOR FREE and stop complaining. Of course we do everything we can to "suck in" leads who would be a great fit for our coaching programs. If this doesn't fit your bill, watch the over 1K videos we posted on this channel and transform your life by yourself.

The triangle variation you are doing is way too advanced for most people. It would be a shame to get people hurt after the workout.
