Day 7 complete. It was a great one too. My low back is a bit twingy so opted for the side leg lifts. I've also missed days 4, 5 and 6 but not beating myself up over it. I'm sure I'll catch the up at some point. X

Day 7 done! I really needed this as a distraction today. My sweet Calcifer kitty died this morning and I'm totally devastated. This workout gave me something else to focus on, and kept the tears at bay at least for a little while. Thanks for a great workout PJ. I think this challenge will be a big help in dealing with my grief- giving me something positive and structured to do each day.

I am enjoying your workouts, they challenge me and feel like my muscles are all working. I have osteopenia and close to osteoporosis and have been trying to avoid using meds. My doctor thinks I should be on bone meds and I may have to start but the workouts are great

With just 2 rounds per circuit, this flew by! (Next time I might do what someone else did: add another round!💪) Weighted donkey kicks used to feel weird (uneven, like the weight's going to fall off), but with a heavier weight it was better this time 😊 Day 7, done! 🙌

Thanks PJ. For the plank with protract and retract, I feel more on my abs than my shoulder, is that ok? I used 10kg, 7kg, 5kg and 4kg for this workout. I burnt 126 for the past 35 mins.

This workout really flew by! I was genuinely surprised when you said we were on our last rep. And I loved your cue to tighten the glutes during the Spynx pose. It really makes a difference, and I've never done it that way before. I can't do any traditional triceps exercises right now due to my frozen shoulder (same goes for the most common triceps stretch). Is there any modified move I might be able to do? For now, I just grab my bands and do my PT exercises whenever there are arm moves I can't do.
