This is a really good workout, I've been doing it for a week and I followed the schedule from the previous hip dip workout and I already see results from it. My hips and hip dip area increased by 2 cm and I can't wait for the final results at the end of the two weeks. Update - after 10 days, my hips increased by another cm💕💕. I still have 3 days left

Thank you for this excellent video. I am trying to strengthen my glutes and hip area to strengthen my kicks for karate. I felt this (using leg weights) and would recommend. Seeing Ivana shake and trying to hold the leg lifts was inspiring and keep going. In some videos instructors breeze through, with this video you can see even the teachers progression and the reality that this can be hard work.

For good results you have to eat atleast 30 grams of protein and get atleast 8 hours of sleep and drink a lot of water, your muscles need all these to grow

I’m going to do this workout for 2 weeks along with a booty beginner workout to get faster results Day 1:✅it hurt a lot today hopefully it gets easier within these two weeks. Day 2:✅ i had to take breaks between the gold and pulsing ones in my opinion she is expecting way too much out of people who don’t exercise Day 3:✅ like I said yesterday my body physically can’t do what she expecting it’s disgusting that she thinks people can. The pulsing and hold I would do it for 5 seconds go back down for 2 n go back up again for 5 seconds then back down again for 2 then up again so these results probably won’t be very good at all but if I’m honest. This is too hard for someone to do she needs to see that. Day 4:✅at the end I did a 30 second break before doing the straight leg hold and I acc completed it the full time!!!! My advice is give 30 second break before starting them and there acc do-able. Results may not be as good because the routine has no break but it helped Day 5: rest day Day 6: ✅ pulsing was hard took another 39 second break before the straight leg hold and I completed it so much easier Day 7:✅for pulsing straight leg and hold straight leg I take a 30 seconds break before I do then I can’t do them without a break. Results may be different Day 8:✅ I did the workout with the 30 second break before the pulsing and hold straight leg again and it does make so much easier. It may not make results tbh but Atleast I tried Day 9:✅I did the exercises the way I have been again 30 second break before the pulsing and hold straight leg n it makes the exercise easier Day 10:✅ I cba putting how I did the exercises eve day time so when or if I stop doing the 30 second break I’ll tell y’all but for now I still think it better for 30 second break before pulsing straight leg and hold straight leg Day 11: ✅still did the workout the same kinda harder today not sure why Day 12:✅ think my way is deffo easier and I think I see tiny results very small tho Day 13:✅ still did the workout my way Day 14:rest day Day 15:✅ Day 16: rest day Day 17:✅ Day 18:✅ Day 19:✅ Day 20:✅ Day 21:✅ Day 22:✅ Day 23:rest day Day 24:✅ I had to stop the workout in the middle of the pulsing fire hydrant for like 2-3 minutes and carry on I hope this doesn’t change the results. I’ve only got 6 days left tho Day 25:✅ Day 26:✅ Day 27:✅ Day 28:✅ Day 29:✅ Day 30:✅ I’ve decided after 30 days to stop this workout. I’ll be honest it didn’t make much difference but there is a little difference. If you wanting to only get a lil round. This is perfect. But for me this just wasn’t it. Sorry

If you're not able to do this then do her workouts for beginners. She doesn't expect people who don't work out to do this, or it would say beginner. It's for people who want a challenge, you will work up to be able to do it. Plus, it's supposed to be hard to do. If it was easy, you wouldn't be working your muscles as hard.

Are you new to working out? When I first started I was really weak and sore from never working out. I couldn't finish exercises. The more you work out the stronger you get and I promise you that you will be able to finish it. Another thing is stop the video and take rests if you have too. It helps to get through it. Hope this helps

Yes that’s pretty normal to have a burn! As long as it’s not a sharp pain or it doesn’t feel wrong to your body it’s just you muscles engaging but if it’s painful don’t be afraid to stop and do what feels right! Safety first 💕

@@bloss8789 yes, it's pretty normal: while you're doing these exercises, your other glute have to mantain the "equilibrium", so it burns too 🤗
