Hi Tim, The first time I saw a board used for balance training was in Ross Enamit's book that has been discontinued called "The Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness" maybe about 10 or 12 years ago. It's a handy tool that anyone has access to. If you don't have a board, you can always use a curb for the same effect. Progressions for balance training without a board/curb could also include: standing on one leg; standing on one leg with your eyes closed; and the hardest, standing on one leg with your eyes closed moving your head around. But like you said, the board can challenge your creativity which is also good for the mind/body connection. I just got your Original Strength Reset book this week from Amazon Canada and I'm looking forward to using the material starting this weekend, hopefully. I'm a real mess right now physically and I hope your program works quickly. I will probably have some questions on your various videos. Thank you and best regards.
