Great channel, lots of useful information. Could you please direct me to one of your videos that reviews exercising the opposite muscle to help the one in pain. I watched it concerning the shoulder but now after going through your videos several times I can't find it.

Great tutorial, I look forward to the practical exercises. BTW: I took your advice in my Muay Thai boxing training and your right it's the repetition that helps with the nervousness/overstimulation. I've made some decent progress but still struggling a little, the latest being my breathing. My trainer pointed it out that I was holding my breath alot so now makes me exhaust my breath out loud. This has introduced a new though process that clouds my form sometimes but I gain so much more energy when my breathing is in tune, it's amazing. Anyways, thanks and keep up the good work!
