Are you eating the earwax off your foamies before inserting them in your ears? Just wondering cause you do it every time before inserting them.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get better with "cold" performance? I find that with something like the doubles drill, my cold and warm performance is wildly different. When cold, I sometimes struggle to get A zone hits from 7 yards with splits around 0.20 - 0.25 seconds. But after warming up, I'm able to focus in and comfortably hit decent A zone groups from the same distance with splits in the 0.14 to 0.17 seconds range. Would be great if my cold performance were a bit closer to what I know I'm capable of once warmed up. Thanks!
