SQUIDS IN SMASH! THAT big squid was a cracking kraken! All you needed was some hot Saki (rice wine) to wash it down. It look delicious! I personally would've marinated the whole squid with sesame oil,soy sauce,black pepper, and a little bit of brown sugar! Throw it over some charcoal and pair it with some beers!

Looks great, man! Just an FYI: olive oil has a low smoke point so it is not a very good oil to fry with. Try peanut, canola, or vegetable oil.

Never thought of squid burgers. Here in the States they are small, cut cross section and deep fried. The tentacles as well. We call them orings and rubber bands.

Another good way to tenderise squid and Octopus, is to slam in the deep freezer for 3 days. When eating raw squid, you need a Ultra sharp sushi knife, to score the surface of the squid many times, diagonally, like diamond shapes, on both sides, so it holds the soy sauce better. then place the strip of squid sushi onto sushi rice, with wasabi and schnapps .Your Squid burger looked xXXBjuudifullXXx

Don't put some meat of that squid..its good to eat..the tender parts is its tail n its tentacles..try to grind it n add some ingredient then mold like burger n fry..then do burger with ur favorite salsa n toppings n cheese..u can cook it any dish u want just in small time like 2mins to keep it tenderness.. Hmm ur lucky ..ur near at the sea that can catch plenty of fish n squid n lots of seafoods..im so envious to u..that fiods is very expensive here in my place in Philippines..you dont know how i wish i can do everything what u did..i like ur videos somuch...thank u for it..❤
