Nice, i actually got all the way around, changing ALL the bushings from the rear subframe and my guibos discs, they appear to be making the "bump" noise, when the differential goes from inertia to load and vice versa. But is a budget solution without the need to change that bushing

Definitely a nice upgrade and so much easier than removing the old bushing.

What does this do? Is it a mod to prevent issues in the future or performance upgrade

Basically, the bushing degrades over time and allows for additional move. This reinforces the bushing and limits the movement.
