I have been oil pulling for almost 2 years now! And I have seen significant difference too as I used to get plaque deposit pretty quickly (uneven teeth) and had to go for cleaning every 6 months (now I go once a year), but oil pulling, flossing, and a change in brushing technique has helped. Also, most people brush horizontally which doesn't do much to pull out the gunk as it only gets distributed. Vertical brushing on every section is what really helps with plaque build-up. And I used to buy the oil for pulling but I saw a video on glamrs once and made my own product with organic coconut oil and drops of peppermint and clove essential oil. So thanks for that!
