I have lost of ideas but no time right now to make any of them happen. Superhero with the envelope on his shirt fights villians with hotmail etc. an their shirts. Alien delivery service delivering the envelope to other planets Have the envelope appear at major events, like nuclear test sites etc. Or my favorite someone is checking their mail throws the envelope out but it reappears on the coffee table, so he gets more creative at trying to get rid of the envelope but it just comes back.

hotmail has the slower email editor. gmail is easier for new users. hotmail have Advertising.2883 MB (gmail) vs 1024 (hotmail). Gmail antispam is better...

Not that I know of, I think iGoogle is the only website they have with skins. But you can of course make your own style sheet and skin it that way, but that goes for 99% of websites. For example by using this extension for Firefox gmailskins . mozdev . org or with the use of "userscripts". Though personally I don't care too much about the looks, as long as it's simple. Rather the biggest problem with gmail for me at the moment is the really bad integration with the rest of their services.
