Love, love, LOVE Ghost Ship!!! Especially the beginning scenes (and as a lover of all horror movie special effects/makeup, I had to watch how they did all the gorey magic) and the song Not Falling by MudVayne of course. Everyday is spooky season for me❤❤❤ Get your spook on!!!

I understand not liking those cardboard covers for DVDs! The bane of my existence are the ones that look like standard dvd cases, but they have the two “latches” that you have to open before opening the entire case. I have almost broken some dvd cases thinking they were just super stuck… only to realize I was being dumb because the latches were there! 😂

Very pretty colors on your blanket. I almost started a new blanket for halloween. I have to finish a few more for Xmas presents before I can start anything new. Also, a skull shawl for my costume. Have you ever tried hairpin crochet? I am doing one blanket that way. I also would like to do that haunted house with classic monsters by cbirdcreations. But it's mosiac crochet, and that is one stitch I need to learn how to do.

You should watch Dr Giggles. It has a great beginning and the best hiding spot ever in the origin story of our psychopath. Plus it's Piper from the original Charmed show. It came at the end of the slasher period and many people missed it all together. I love it.

The only thing I remember from Ghost Ship is the initial scene where people get cut in half by the steel wire. I think I was about 10 years old? 😂 They were showing it on TV. The yarn (and blanket, of course) is lovely, although I have a question: have you had issues with the metallic strand? For some reason, every time I try to use that type of yarn, the metallic thread keeps trying to separate from the rest of the yarn. It doesn't stay twisted and it's very annoying.
@AltKnots4 ай бұрын
That’s quite the introduction to horror movies😂 This particular yarn with metallic strand is really tightly wound so I haven’t had an issue with it coming apart. Even with working this entire blanket, no snags or anything so I’m a big fan
