I’m glad 3C films knows what kind of movie this is because it does annoy me seeing some reviewers who aren’t that well versed into Godzilla or Kaiju films having to only compare it to Minus One thinking that every Godzilla movie needs to be taken seriously/Oscars worthy when really it’s great to have a balanced of both worlds, can’t wait to check it out tomorrow!

I’m happy this movie and GvK puts most the attention on Kong. He’s the titan with the most character development and has more going on in his life. Between exploring the Hollow Earth to discovering more of his kind, I really don’t understand why people feel there should be an even split between him and Godzilla. Especially when all Godzilla does is patrol the surface world and make sure other titans don’t get out of line. But I am stoked to see Godzilla and Kong’s relationship grow further from frenemies to comrades.

You’re basically saying you want to see stuff that’s already going to be in the film…so those aspects are already covered. The rest of the time that’s focused on Kong, we don’t need to see half of that time given to Godzilla while he goes about doing nothing like swimming, sleeping, and consuming radiation. Not when Kong has way more happening in his story especially when it comes to exploring the Hollow Earth.

I liked and hated Skar King I like Skar King as a villain because he is not the biggest or most powerful titan, instead he uses cunning, fear, intimidation, cruelty and slavery. Plus despite his lanky appearance Skar was much more agile than Kong. I hated Skar King because of the things he was doing. He was a Tyrant and sadistic especially to Shimo. I'm glad he went out in a very brutal way. Because villains are supposed to make you hate thier guts.

Back when he was first shown off I didn't have any doubt in his ability to be a great villain that should be taken seriously. Cause kongs are the closest thing to a human kaiju and human can be monsters in their own ways and scar king showed that.

Tbh, we forget that earlier in the Monsterverse we complained about not having enough monster fights, then we complained about cutaways from the fights, now we have it so I hope people don’t complain about the humans.
