That's the worst.. marks on my car and dash from moving my chair across. I'm similar with tone and spasticity. I haven't lost much muscle tone. I'm 19 months post injury.. a C7 incomplete. Working on standing unassisted now. Thanks for sharing, I been following since your crash.

Prayers to you and for your recovery. You’re doing a great job, keep pushing. I’ve a friend whose injuries are C6-T6 so I see first hand the struggle and honestly I’m left in awe.

Nice one Robert. The 'Van'. Slow heavy and sluggish..... ummm. Bet you pushed it just to see! So the co star got in on the act again after the brief appearance in the first episode! Do wonder how many of us would have the fortitude and motivation that you have? Inspirational.

It is wonderful to see the progress you have made and your positive attitude toward your training. Athletes like you and Alex Smith are an inspiration to those of us battling back after medical issues. God sped on continued progress in your recovery. Is your dog named after Hitch?

Thanks for sharing Robert from Richmond Hill, Ontario. I was wondering if someone could put just a couple of buttons on your wheel that you could press with your thumb for the turn signal issue like you might find on your sim wheel. Keep your chin up mate. You've done so well so far.

You’re an inspiration Robbie, so interesting to see what goes in to your daily routine and the fight you show each and everyday, I have no doubt you’ll be back behind the wheel of a race car someday! To much fight in you to not get back!

Hey Robby, you should try to get ahold of Rob Parsons (Chairslayer) out in Alberta, he's been working on a setup for his drift car that is very similar to what you're trying to accomplish and has it incorporated into a sequential 6-speed Nascar that he did a Pike's attempt with last year. He's a great guy that's about our age, I'm more than positive that he could help with your journey. :) Love seeing your progress my friend, keep up the good fight!

Looking good Robbie. Are you doing any water work like freestyle, breaststroke and 'butterfly kicking. just hold the edge or a board and kick as long and hard as you can. Repeat. Water helped me recover from my broken back and learn to walk again. Great for core and trunk fitness and strength and range of motion. keep sluggin' man... hope to see you in a racing mobile soon.

Love that RW is making me feel lazy and unproductive. That's more a reflection on his drive. At least that's what I'm telling myself haha
