People would be surprised by the amount of literal monkeys in the seat of Tech Lead, CTO, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer. If you have imposter syndrome, you're already better than most people out there, because you're able to recognize you still have a long way ahead of you. Believe it or not, most people in the highest paying roles don't write a single line of code, so don't feel bad about not being a coding machine, just make sure you actually want to help a company succeed, and you too will.
