It should be in Wisconsin. I remember my small rural Votes from the last Trump win. There were only 6 Democratic Votes. This year Votes in the Democratic Voting total showed over 200. Our laws are created by people in the House of Representatives. Those potential laws, called bills, then go to the Senate where Senators vote on them. If the vote approves the bill it is then sent to the President who then signs the bill into law. Hope that helps
