It's film using the same tripod in the video. Just hold the camera and tripod upside down, and rotate it in post

Nice hiking video! I just got the GoPro 10 and learning how to use it. Just curious - for your hiking shots where you're carrying the GoPro on the selfiestick, what camera settings do you typically use?

Most of the shots we do are on tripod. The way this videos were make are as though the person hiking alone. So a tripod can stand by itself. Vs a selfie stick which will be one purpose only. We use 4k 60fps and 4k30 most of the time

What mic do you use to cancel wind noise while hiking ?

In this episode, we did not use any external mics. We relied on the stock mic that came with the go pro. I would recommend the media kit for goPro, and then have shotgun mic like the Rode Video Micro, or the newly released Deity D4 mini at RM170 - can research that on shopee or lazada ;)
