TWNS 10 You've misinterpreted my comment. GC is very much a scammer. A multitude of commenters point to his courses as being basic 101 stuff and not particularly useful. When I refer to not having friends in this game I'm commenting on the lack of ethics and morals he displays and how no friend he claims to have is interested in anything but promoting themselves for which he gets reciprocal credit. When it all collapses a bottle of whiskey and a revolver awaits. I'd rather not join him in his narcissistic career.

In my personal experience selling to salespeople and sales managers who want to increase their sales is vastly easier than selling to non-salespeople. The salespeople are lured by the smooth pitch, and want those same skills - salespeople, including myself are always looking for a shortcut around the grind that is sales. Your average person is generally turned off by the super smooth sales pitch - they prefer a person that seems relatable and honest.

@@RichAllen12 I agree completely, way too aggressive. The buyer knew who he was and had heard of his training, hence the respect and unwillingness to immediately hand up. But in the real world, when you're not a multi millionaire influencer you can never talk this much and so aggressively and expect to make a sale. It's very 90s New York style.

There are psychological factors and strategies that either lead clients to be sold or not to be sold. So psychology and sales aren't exactly two different things in this case, but in summary, psychology is to be used to close, which is stimulated by tonality, choice of words etc.

kebman fully agree. 14:26 he should have booked the follow up call with Shannon, Ed, and Chris. Ed (CFO) was NOT on the phone.... You've sold the influencer.... Now book the follow up with the guy who can sign the cheque. Jeeze. At the end of the video he says how he knew in 30 seconds that Shannon wasnt the decision maker... Then why the hell did he spend 15+ minutes with the guy when he already had the buy-in?!

Is it the dealership? 3. Have I not done a good enough job for you? 4. Is this vehicle right for you? etc. I will now be adding 5. "AND I DON'T THINK THIS IS THE CASE. YOU'RE NOT THE DECISION MAKER?" Very great skills and clearly knows his stuff. The one thing i did notice and probably cause it's over the phone, seems to not give 2 shits what the buyer wants as long as he makes the sale. I might be wrong but that's what I got from the vid.

The guy was giving getaway stories no real objections, was just trying not to buy from grant. So you have to wave through that garbage and confront the boogie man like he said.

i think the moral of the story here is that you have to custumize grant closes to your industry, get closer survival guide by him and customize all the closes to your specific product, don't say them word by word, he clearly customizes his closes to his product and even has closes that would only work for his product

Lol! What are you 15 years old? Nothing better to do than to troll people on youtube am I right kid? Get a life. What are you doing here anyway? You never cold call anybody in your lifetime and you will never use this information...this channel and content is for businessmen, not posers and insecure little boys. I recommend you go subscribe to Pewdiepie's channel or something. It's more your caliber of content and age group kiddo. ; )

I think Grant is one of those few guys..he knows how to "recognize communication." He said in one of his shows. He often use the word game to refer to phone negociations, Still he does it with great respect to his prospects. That Is way he Is successful. Cool, humble and straight to the point. Respect.
