Yum... As a Mexican my mom never made these cause she said enchiladas shouldn't use flour tortillas! She just didn't like how they tasted as an enchilada. 🤣🤣 but i love this type of enchilada too. So, imma try and make these with the las palmas green enchilada sauce mixed with the sour cream...i bet it's gonna be so good!
