With more traffic on the channel comes more weekend warriors saying they can do better from the comfort of their couch. Pay no mind to the negative comments Greg. You’re amazing and inspire me and many others to get out in the bush and master the outdoors. Keep the videos coming, and wishing you the best!

9:57 when Greg drops what he is doing instantly and responds to his friend, that tells you exactly what kind of friend and person Greg Ovens is. Not that it was in question, but this man is a loyal friend who would do anything to help you. Yes, I got that all from one scene. You can tell a lot from one interaction. He dropped EVERYTHING he was doing and talking about when he heard his friend/partner call out suddenly. Regardless of what it ended up being about (Amos redemption lol), Greg didn't know that.

All of these people leaving negative comments have probably never spent a night in the bush let alone a month. Do you have a rather unorthodox style of fishing/casting?!?! Yeah … sure… does it matter?!?! Heck no. Like you said, you’ve caught more fish than you can probably remember. You have an incredibly vast amount of knowledge, dealing with survival. Ninety eight percent of these birdturds that are leaving negative comments wouldn’t last a week in an uncooperative environment. I for one enjoy your videos immensely. Never change who you are to satisfy ANYONE else in this world!!!

He gives credit to his partner where it’s due and self reflects about after and decides to make a change about how he views stuff. More power to you Greg, more power to you. They don’t understand how it feels to go days on end and your the one not catching fish. It will make one complain and beat down one’s spirit. You did great Greg. You persevered and commenters do not know until they are in that situation. I kept saying to my self, “Greg needs to stop being hard on himself cause that negative energy will only make it worse.” That’s survival. Personally, I am inspired! Keep up the great work and Godspeed!

Hey Greg, Ohh mann, have you Boys been through so many challenges concerning the environment, and accident. ( & abit of uncooperative fishing.) Alot of people (Armchairz), Don't understand how much work & energy is involved when you do something like this. I am thoroughly impressed by you both, by the skills, mind set, craftsmanship, ingenuity, patience, tenacity, perseverance, and more importantly the tru Unity with your friend, Amos, and of course Enjoying our beautiful MaMa, nature, (Good or Bad). Sometimes you need to share however you feel to show people what really really happens whenever you are out there struggling! Don't hold back your feelings Greg, it's just human nature, always keep it "Real", I will continue to watch your videos because you do. Any true outdoorsman would agree. Your comradary with Amos has me on his channel now, I'm ready to watch his last filming as well, & comment. Oh, hey, are ya going to ever go back and check out the radishes you planted? I'm truly looking forward to seeing your next video, & hopefully some more with Amos. Thank you so very much for taking me along on you guys's " real adventure ". Mucho love to Fin.!
