Hey Greg ! The bike looks awesome great job bud. I don’t know how you find and track down all them parts I can’t find anything aftermarket for this year kx. Really do you have elves working in the back room? I’m also rebuilding a 2000 kx250 but I’m building a super moto. Have to say thanks for all your videos huge help especially the one with the bad cases. I was just about to Reassemble the motor but after that video I sent my cases to fletchers 2 weeks ago he said no problem a few days with him and send them back well I was checking on them because it been 2weeks and only call from him was when he received the cases. That’s the only thing I’m wait for to put the bike together I already cerakoted them along with half the bike anyway I was calling everyday last week and no answer I can’t get a hold of anyone at fletchers did something happen in Tennessee wondering if you might have any answers for me because I try email too with no response. I hope everyone is ok there I don’t see him running off with some old kx cases.. lol if you can help me if there’s another way I can contact fletchers I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again for the videos and I’m looking forward to seeing the kx finished and running
@GregHitchko Жыл бұрын
Thank you James!! Yeah so like I said with fletchers, we had a storm come through and freeze everything since last Sunday. Insane how there is no infrastructure to clear snow or ice! No plows or salt. But it warms up today so I'm assuming businesses and schools will be back in session tomorrow. Give them a shout on Monday. They are normally really good at answering! Keep me posted dude 👍🏼
@jamesbarbone7794 Жыл бұрын
Hey bud , thanks for the good but bad news about the weather. I sure hope you guys there are ok? I kinda had that feeling it was weather related I’m in New Jersey we got a little snow and been really cold not complaining though gave me time to try and catch up to you with my build. lol I probably would’ve been done already if I never came across your channel. I so glad I did them oil ports where really bothering me I knew they had to be the problem. I was hoping that it would blow up on me after l just did all that work and money into the motor. I copied a lot of it from you. I really appreciate your videos because I’m looking forward to see how it’s going to run with the polished transmission I never did it before so I gave it a try. I’m going to do my yz if I like it .. well I took up enough of your time already so thanks a lot for everything can’t wait to see the bike finally finished in the next video and I will keep you posted with my bike PEACE!! Lol

How much it. Cost for kashima coating and dlc for forks and shock? Pro circuit did it all?
@GregHitchko11 ай бұрын
If only it was real kashima! It's just kashima colored ano which still looks amazing! @precisionworx did the coatings first and then I sent it off to PC to revalve, and set up for my weight. Coatings can be $800-1000, then the suspension work is another 1,000-1,500 depending on what you do!
