I tried lamb for the first time a couple years ago. I loved it and it’s one of my favorite meats now.

Overall the main key take away is the beauty and simplicity in making something very tasty.

It's been so long since I've had lamb I don't even remember what it tastes like. Maybe I need to try it again! Great recipe.

That’s a sin no tails. You do have to keep an eye on them for flare ups. But honestly the tastiest part.

Yaa buddy, let ‘em know bro! Lamb is outstanding, especially grilled! Great video, what would you say total cook time was? 6 min? And did you leave the lid off the entire cook? If so, I was just curious..

How do you manage flare ups? Llamb chops with fat on them drip a lot of fat .

Where do you people get this idiotic idea that once you remove food from The heat source the temperature inside the food will keep rising? Like how?!
