It’s videos like this that are helpful for those who just got into archery for bow hunting. Act like we’re walking into a trusted pro shop and we’re getting set up for life.

Hey Dan just in case your wandering, the palm area of the front hand that you ask for the weight to be evenly distributed across near the "life line" is called the thenar eminence.

Same, the local bow shop blacklisted my bow because it's Chinese... if only they knew half the gear they have is made across seas and just assembled in the US and half the gear across seas is local and American 😅 you get what you pay for, not necessarily where it was built or put together

Elk hunting with a bow is arguably easier, they get smart and pressured when your hunting with rifle and it makes it really difficult to get close, also in most states you have to contend with loud snow for a large portion of rifle which makes it hard to get closer than 600 yards which for many people is an iffy shot

Hey man quick question. I have a Mathews phase 4 and is it okay to unscrew my limb bolts to change the draw weight a little so my buddy can shoot it or do I have to change the mods and leave the limb bolts fully pinned... Kind of a dumb question I'm just used to shooting old school traditional and an older Matthews legacy. Lmk! Thanks Killahhh!!

im getting ready 2buy a lift x... maybe my ears are defective but i was really trying to pay close attention to the video at 5:35 when talking about stabilizer weight... about what u prefer ON weight foreward or weight back please clarify. sounds like things got mixed up a bit. sorry

Dan….why at your draw are you using 300spine? I’m at 27” draw pulling 70lbs and the chart says I’m between 400-340. I chose 340. But why would I want to go with 300? Can you over spine?
@BadKarma.-Ай бұрын
Being over spineed isn't something that you usually experience unless you go way over. Stiffer is usually always better. He is putting a decent amount of weight in the front of the arrow which weakens the spine so he is going stiffer so he keeps a safe spine and a stiffer spine
@bigz5262Ай бұрын

Man threatening you already made that promise that you're coming to PA dog. At least said that you were going to, which I hope that you do cuz I want to meet you in mfjj. If Tim comes, that'd be cool too, but he doesn't seem like he wants to jump on board with it so I don't know. I'm an East Coast guy and I live with you West Coast guys through KZbin. Make it come true man

Nothing wrong with a 400 spine. I’m a 26.5 and run 400s without any issues. Like Dudely said in one of your podcasts awhile back. The spine charts are stiffer than they need to be.
