I love your approach to fitness and the whole lifestyle idea without losing the connection to our femininity. You often speak about/show how our periods affects us, but can you please recommend a workout for those days when that time of the month comes? I have a bad period with really painful cramps and all the other symptoms. I want to try some workout hoping it would help me feel better during that specific time and still make me feel accomplished and not missing out from working out. ♥🌼

@angelxsoph Yes I’ve seen some results! My abs and arms look more toned and in general I’ve lost abt one pound so far! But in general I just feel more energized! Also just for context I’ve been doing this workout challenge while eating healthy and trying to get protein!

Woah, just 15 minutes and my abs are on FIRE🔥🔥🔥 BUT I think I messed up round 1 The whole round I just kind of felt much more burn in my arms than my abs.. 😢 I don't know what I'm doing wrong, and if anyone has this problem, too, I could really use some help❤ The other rounds were perfect So, with that said... After months of allergic reaction (rash on feet and hands) I have finally realized what is causing it. Namely-exercise mat! I have been using (unconsciously) artificial mat made out of plastic and other chemicals. Guys do yourself a favor and invest in eco-friendly/ natural yoga mat if you didn’t do already! We need to be careful at all times and aware what we are putting into our system. Who would have thought that a yoga mat would make me so allergic!! I have been struggling for months!! Just ordered natural rubber mat. Will exercise without it tonight 😅

This looks GREAT 🔥 for core and I need this one today as my body is feeling rough after last night when my bronchitis took a nasty turn and I was ill all night. Wow I love ur 30 day challenge I’m a dancer and I am working to a big regional competition right now hopefully qualifying for a very special event and all my friends are going and I’m the only one who hasn’t qualified so I’m really trying to get fit and trying to get better at my skills so that I can qualify with them!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you so much!! My abs OMG THERE ON FIRE!! 💖💖💖 also I do my workouts in the morning at 4:45 so this helps me get up and ready for the day!! P.S I LOVE THE 15 Or 20 mins workouts Mabye next time you could do instead of 30 or 35 minutes you could do 20 or 25 minutes? : ) 💝💝💖💖🔥🔥🔥🔥
