Holy crap! I am a strength training girl but changed it up today. I was very intimidated by the 60 minutes, but... I DID IT! Took a ton of focus, but Anna, you are right! We are capable of doing difficult things! This is one of the many reasons I workout daily- makes the rest of the day seem more manageable! Thank you!

I wanted a challenge today and man this was it! Did I have to pause a few times? Yes. Did I have to modify it sometimes? My toddler yelled in the struggle parts “You can do it, momma! We can do hard things!” I finished and am soaked but man do I feel amazing! Thank you so much, Anna! I showed up for me so I can show up as the best momma possible. Teaching her we can do hard things and our bodies are so strong!

After the half of the vid my body wanted to stop but my mind was literally screaming to finish this, because I´m capable of doing that workout. At this point I have to say: Thank you Anna! It all started with 10min beginner workouts to the point where I´m pushing myself through insane killer workouts!! And something important I learned from you is to support yourself, your body, health and mind. That it is about the balance! Well, after this sweaty session I´m giving myself a well deserved rest...

OHHHHHHHH MY GODDESS - Back again !! I tried so so hard to keep up without a break and did so until the courtsey lunge pulses. 2nd half was a killer 6 more mini breaks. However smashed the burpee sets to bits !! 30 day everyday varied workout challenge, yoru still my favourite hit routine channel :) Drippin on a Tuesday night :)

I quit dance a couple months ago after 10 years, and these workouts have made me feel so healthy and happy while I’m not in an active sport currently. I usually do 30 mins/day at 14 but I’ve been slacking this week so I decided a 60 minute would do! I had to take a couple extended breaks getting impatient towards the end, but overall I’m super proud of myself! Thanks for spreading positivity and motivation :)

I DID IT!!! So fricking proud of myself right now!! Tbh after 60%, it started to get extremely hard, so I needed a lot of extra breaks and lower-impact modifications to be able to struggle through the rest of the workout. :D It was really crazy but rewarding!

Wow long time back. Needless to say your workouts are incredible. Too sweaty, I drank almost 1 litre of water during workouts. Full intense. The most important key point is that it contains everything abs, upper ,lower, cardio, cool down amazing.🥵🥵❤💪

I was soo afaid because I had a long break due to vacation and illness... Was not sure if I could do it but I managed it and was even able to switch the upper body exercises to cardio related exercises. So proud, happy and sweaty!

Holy moly. I’m in the middle of this workout now, took a little break. But I am going to finish!!!! No matter how many breaks I have to take. I only just started working out and this is my first home workout, didn’t know what I was thinking when I picked a 60 minute one 😂 Definitely not that it would kick my butt this much. On the very end, I was so close to give up! When after burpees Anna said we will be doing jumping lunges, I was certain i will skip this round :D But then i saw on the screen a message from Anna: " Don't give up now" and i decided to do it :D i am so proud now that i did :)

This workout is incredibly sweaty! I love it! It is so challenging this is the most I have ever pushed my body with a home workout before. I only had to improvise on a couple of excercises and at the 40 minute mark I had to stop to have a drink of water and go pee! Anyway Thank You Anna for these challenging yet fun workouts

882 lunges and squats. Each burpee counted as 1 squat. Yes, I just did this. Full disclosure at 2x speed. Amazing work out.

I cannot believe I made it through--even though my legs were SHakInG at the end. Girl I've never experienced exercise high until today. Good job everyone !!!

This was a very very good full body strength workout and for someone like me who hesitates using weights, I really enjoyed doing it. I love cardio hiit as well, so hope to see more of these hiit cardio 60 min workouts 🙏🏻. You may not rush the exercises like some trainers do on other channels but omg i still felt the burn, probably moreso doing them slower, although this was 50 sec on/10 rest lol 🙏🏻💜
