Most people use a lot of Kale in their recipes and my family was Kaled out! I found u, they got excited about food again, the plates get empty, the bellies get full and they're more than satisfied! Man this looks so good! I just made some South American empanadas yesterday with lentils in them and pebre salsa to it. But I so want to try this! I've been looking for more African recipes as well so this Nigerian one is perfect. I love making recipes from all around the world and usually I veganize them myself but this one already is! Aquafaba is the water you get after cooking chickpeas. Cook plain chickpeas with a lot of water. When it's done, save the water. That's aquafaba.
