Andrea, this was totally cool. I suggest that you have your dad read a short story as a video: we need some male contributors, and his voice is great for the task. How about "Cask of Amontillado", by Poe, in Spanish? Or the story of his choice, or just an article from the local newspaper. Nice video!

A mi me encanta tu papa, y tu hermana tambien, pero tu padre es muy simpático, y su voz es extraordinario. Me gusta chilaquiles, eso es mi favorita comida para desayuno o almuerzo, con huevos y queso y crema. No se la otras comidas pero un dia quiero intentarlas!

I would have a hard time finding something to 11:01 eat there. Naturally most of the food is unfamiliar to me. I cannot handle anything very “picante” and I can’t stand cheese. I try to avoid pork as much as possible. I am a “picky” eater and do not have much imagination when it comes to food. I guess I am just a grumpy old man.
