I have been dealing with habitual anger for a long time without realizing it. It is very tricky as I would always find something in the outside material world to pin it to and ruin my day. Through meditation and lots of learning I have come to notice it. It still rises and causes me discomfort but thanks to meditation I can release it. I am thankful for this video I feel lighter now and I pray one day to completely change the current inside me. ❤

Thank you. Part way through I realized that underneath my (largely unreasonable) anger was sadness, grieving and a sense of loss. I feel much more grounded now and in touch with my real feelings.

I have always struggled with anger , resentments, and unforgiveness. I have been working on it with a therapist and 12 step sponsor, and it is getting better. I was told that resentments only hurt you, not the wrongdoers. I had to write down my resentments and how they affected me to see the damage to motivate me to let go. I also had to write down my part in the resentments so I could see where i was in the wrong, make amends, change behaviors, build my character and reconcile relationships if appropriate. Obviously there are some situations you don't play a part like if you were abused. I really get into psychology and human behavior so I like to understand why people act how they do for example mental illness. It helps to have compassion on them and to wish them well. This is NOT justifying or condoning it just helps to understand, have compassion, and wish them well. Its also not good to get revenge, not only because of consequence but they will get their karma and there will be justice. If it motivates them to change and make amends be happy for them.

I think this... helped? My anger turned into my usual anxiety chest pain 😅 which I think I will be able to release with another meditation. So, thank you 😁

Thank you for this meditation. Much of my anger is due to the control of bureaucracy and how technology can sometimes increase that. For example it is difficult to sort out problems at the bank these days isn't it? Especially if it's some problem that is not in their list of suggested problems. I am not sure if there is some deeper reason for my anger, but feel as if this meditation may help if I continue to practice it.

Wow. What a healing experience this was. I was kidnapped and s assaulted by a stranger when I was three years old. My mother ripped my brother and I off for over a billion dollars. Unfortunately that is no exaggeration. I am laying outside. I was in the shade of a tree. As I was imagining the dark cloud becoming lighter, the sun began to shine directly on me. I don't want to be angry at those two people who's actions affected my life so incredibly deeply. Thank you.

I nearly lost my shit at work today. Not because of work… it didn’t help though. Just feeling lonely and that turned into ego and that turned into rage. Feel like I turned to the dark side for a few days to get results but all that did was make me feel like shit in the morning
